About printing
The metallized label papers demand at the printing of the special reference. The most part of difficulties it is possible to avoid easily if to follow the general recommendations about the printing on unabsorbed materials.
First of all on the metallized paper it is recommended to print the folic paints fixed as a result of oxidising polymerisation. However at work with such paints it is better to refuse application of antisicattives as there can be problems with paint drying on a print. In case of the raised viscosity of paint as auxiliary means it is possible to use printing oil. The black paint is desirable for printing last — it dries longer than other triad paints.
It is very important, that in process of consumption the fresh paint constantly moved. Otherwise the paint which is on shaft, will absorb the increasing quantity of a moisture, as a result a paint will cease to flow down, emulsifying, fastening and paint drying on a print will worsen. At a considerable quantity blank elements it is recommended to add in paint special siccatives, allocating of humidifying solution oxygen and paints promoting accelerated drying.
The print of small images by big format machines is undesirable because in this case there can be problems with fastening. At the small printing image having only one bold line, it is recommended to print in addition behind a sawn-off shotgun line a wide ruler. It improves removal of excessive quantity of paint.
For achievement of necessary balance between paint and humidifying solution it is desirable to use draw material. Because of high cost of the metallized papers some printing houses, aspiring to save, try to use for this purpose usual absorbing coated paper. However in this case after several prints surplus of a humidifying solution will be found out. Otherwise at the press of circulation surplus of a humidifying solution will lead to occurrence of divorces and becomes the reason of the faded printing. Besides it, the drying of such prints occupies more time. After fitting it is necessary to replace paint with the fresh paint.
